NC1137 Ergonomic Serge Station
The NC1137 is an overlock serge machine with an integrated belt table. It is ideal for quickly serging mattress quilt panels with greater ergonomic benefits for the operator.
The powerful belts of the table automatically turn the panel into position after each side is serged. The belt motions and the sew-head speed can be synchronized for smooth, efficient operation.
This machine can easily serge square corners or radius corners. It has a high lift foot for thick or thin panels. Many more features make the NC1137 one of the most productive serging stations in the mattress industry.
