5/6/2009 - Global Systems Group Unveils New Equipment at Interzum Köln

Global Systems Group® (GSG) will display several new machines at Interzum, May 13-16. GSG strives to expand innovative options for manufacturers in areas of mattress styling, versatile manufacturing methods and easier processes, resulting in more cost effective production with improved product quality.

Paragon M+
The Paragon M+, from Gribetz International, is rated to sew at 1500 spm. New features enable this multi-needle quilt machine to sew high speed Tack & Jump patterns with no exposed trimmed threads, often called “tails.” Innovative engineering has led to more practical benefits to make production and maintenance easier than ever.

The Paragon series has always been appealing to mattress manufacturers due to its ability to produce a large volume of thick and stylish quilt packages. Now it may become more popular due to its simplified operating features.

More innovation to be announced at the Interzum Fair
More new exciting equipment will be revealed at the Interzum show. Details of the industry’s first programmable border slitter(patents pending), a panel de-stacker designed to load mattress panels into a serging station, and new versatile flat goods cutter will be announced after the show starts. GSG encourages all mattress manufacturers to visit the Interzum Fair in order learn of these unique systems.
